Registrations for SPIC MACAY 9th International Convention at IIT Madras Mon, 20th to Sun, 26th May 2024
Pl fill up the form -
- Before April 5th 2024
- ONLY IF FOR ALL SEVEN DAYS, u will -
(a) STAY at the venue,
(b) ATTEND ALL PROGS and
(c) NOT USE THE PHONE.
- INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION : This form is for college students, volunteers or individuals only.
School students KINDLY DO NOT FILL THIS FORM.
- INSTITUTION REGISTRATION : If you are a school, college, University interested to be a Participating Institution (PI), please identify 5 students and a teacher and fill up this google form as a single institution.

NOTE:
Participants are requested to courier a refundable deposit of Rs1000/- per participant only via CHEQUE in the name of "SPICMACAY". It will be refunded to participants once they attend the Convention FULLY.
Participants must write their name, address, and contact number behind the cheque and courier to SPICMACAY
