SPIC MACAY presents Bhavni Bhavai (1980) by Ketan Mehta. A masterpiece of Gujarati cinema, Bhavni Bhavai is based on the theme of untouchability and how a boy fights against the caste system.
The screening will be followed by an interaction with Prabodh Parikh(Poet, Visual Artist, Teacher of Film and Philosophy) and Ananya Parikh (Film Studies and Cultural Studies Lecturer)
